Saraya has an extensive background as a licensed real estate sales executive and is recognized as one of the leading developing marketing professionals in Toronto. Working from the ground up has been invaluable and enabled her to learn every detail of the real estate sale process. Not only has she been involved in an excess of 3,000 pre-construction condominiums, leading to 2.5 billion in sales over 4 years, she has also led a sales and administration team that has successfully sold several premiere high-rise projects in Toronto. Saraya has represented some of highest profile projects in recent years including The Art Shoppe, 150 & 155 Redpath, and Toronto’s first supertall known as “The One” at Yonge & Bloor. From every project’s inception, she has made it her personal mission to ensure success and played a major role in every part of the process. Saraya now manages and oversees pre+post-launch responsibilities of all new developments represented by the New Development Team.
