Meet Saraya Yen 

Saraya manages the New Sales Division at PSR Brokerage and oversees pre and post launch responsibilities of all new developments represented by the Brokerage. Since the start of her career at PSR, Saraya and her team have been involved in launching over 15 condo developments in Toronto and have successfully sold over 6,000 pre-construction units equating to over three billion dollars in real estate sales for their clients.  To continuously achieve these record-breaking results, Saraya works rigorously to develop and cultivate key relationships within a network of the top producing agents in the real estate industry.  And, based on the foundation that good business comes from solid, trusting relationships, Saraya’s experience of working alongside the best in the industry helps to ensure that every project is met with an army of support.  

Saraya is involved from the initial stages of a launching a project; consulting with developers, architects, designers and the construction teams to ensure the design, unit mix and finishes are in line with current demand to achieve the highest success rate when each project is introduced for sale to the market. Seeing it through to the finish line, Saraya and her team remain actively involved to ensure the entire sales process is seamless and an extraordinary experience both for the buyers and the developers represented by PSR Brokerage.

Saraya's career in Real Estate began at the early age of 19 when she purchased her first house and specialized in selling re-sale homes. Saraya has since lived and travelled around the world, and has come to realize that Toronto is the best city in the world to call home.  It's because of this, that Saraya and has procured a large number of properties around the city as she strongly believes in Real Estate as an investment and in Toronto as a global leading market.
